Terms of Sales, Cancellation & Replacement Policies
- Access to One-on-One Partnering® starting 20 days prior to the event.
- Automatic scheduling of your accepted meetings, including a link to a dedicated video conferencing room.
- Publication of your company and personal profiles on One-on-One Partnering®
- Submission of up to 150 requests per company for One-on-One Partnering® meetings during the event.
- Access to pre-recorded company presentations.
Applies to all Virtual Partnering events
Credit Card payment in Euros is required at check out.
Please note that your credit card will directly be charged at the moment of transaction and that there will be no refund for discount code not entered while registering.
Registration fees are ex. VAT. If applicable, 20%French VAT will be added.
Credit Card: New registrants will receive their final invoice right after their registration payment is completed.
Individual Registration Cancellation
Registration/Presentations cancellations must be sent by 20 days prior to the event date, to Inova at email@example.com to receive a refund (minus a 100 EUR ex. VAT processing fee).
Cancellations received after 20 days prior to the event date are not eligible for any refund.
Any eligible refunds will be processed after the event by credit card refund or bank transfer. Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration and/or video presentation fees.
Please register the new person who will attend the conference in your place at and note "replaces (your name) who will no longer attend" in the comment field within the online registration form.
We will then activate the new registration, deactivate your registration and transfer your meeting requests and scheduled meetings to the new participant. Please do NOT update your personal profile page with the name and contact data of the new attendee.
